Responsible Gaming at qg5f
Keeping you safe while you enjoy gaming at qg5f is our top priority. For your protection, we offer deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support in Bengali.
A Safe and Enjoyable Gaming Experience
qg5f believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a source of stress. We want every user to play with full awareness and control. Responsible gaming is a core foundation of our platform, and we make no compromises on this.
Our responsible gaming framework rests on three core principles: awareness, control, and support. If you ever feel that your gaming habits are affecting your daily life, use our tools to set your own limits and reach out to our support team.
qg5f is only for people aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account, and doing so is a direct violation of our policy.
Our Responsible Gaming Tools
qg5f gives you full control — how much you spend, how long you play, everything is in your hands.
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period to ensure the decision is well considered.
Time-Out Break
Feeling tired or stressed? You can take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no promotional messages will be sent to you.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, remove yourself completely. Self-exclusion is available from 6 months up to 5 years. Your account cannot be reactivated during this period.
Reality Check
Reminders appear on screen at set intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This keeps you aware and helps prevent excessive time spent. You can set the interval between reminders yourself.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory for every new account at qg5f. No one under 21 may register. Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is complete.
24/7 Support
Our live chat team is available around the clock in Bengali for any responsible gaming assistance you need. Do not hesitate to share your concerns — asking for help is a sign of strength.
For people aged 21 and above only.
Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited.
The Mandatory 21+ Rule
The most important aspect of responsible gaming in Bangladesh is respecting the age limit. qg5f is a platform exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. We are fully committed to this rule to protect the mental development and financial safety of children and young people.
If someone in your household might attempt to use our platform, make sure your device is password protected and do not share your login credentials. If any irregularity is found during age verification, the account will be closed immediately.
We urge parents to protect minors: monitor your children's activity on online platforms and use parental control software.

Build Healthy Gaming Habits
🎯 Set a budget for entertainment only
Think of gaming the way you think of cinema or a restaurant — as entertainment. Set aside a fixed amount each month, be prepared to lose it, and do not rely on winning.
⏰ Set a time limit
Decide in advance how long you will play each session. Keep reality check reminders on, and take a break when the time is up — go for a short walk, drink some water, or talk to your family.
📵 Do not make decisions based on emotion
Avoid playing when you are stressed, angry, or frustrated. Resist the temptation to play more immediately after a loss. Keeping a clear head makes gaming much more enjoyable.
